I have never worked with them with a trekking expedition but all my interactions with them has been incredibly respectful, knowledgeable and positive. Good people to work with.

What a privilege and honor to have Willie Benegas as my Backcountry Touring guide. He is an Elite mountaineer with world renown experiences This was my first time Ski Touring in Big Mountains and he took amazing care with me. Customizing my experience. Willie and Damien are amazing guides. While they are likely the most accomplished guides in the Wasatch, they are incredibly fun people to be with. They have a deep gratitude for and joy in each trip they make. I'm not a great climber or athlete, and they still let me move at a pace that I could handle without pressure. Benegas Brothers Expeditions are the benchmark that all guiding services should strive to become.

My son and I spent two days with Willie in his Backcountry Essentials course. First of all, it was worth every penny. Second, Willie taught us not only about proper backcountry travel but how to use a number of technologies to help make travel safer. And for sure, Willie was enjoyable to ski with and very professional. I'd ski/climb with him again in a heartbeat.
