Tried to cancel an insurance policy when I was advised by Sully to “Don’t pay and let the policy lapse.” I’m assuming this was so he could still get his commission. I refused since Sully knew my policy was automatically paid and insisted he cancel. He sent me the paperwork to cancel it two months in advance of the renewal. I was just charged this morning for the renewal. Guessing again, he didn’t file the paperwork so he could get the commission or just truly doesn’t care about his customers.
