Michelle and Colton are the best! I have suffered from hip pain for several years and cant believe how much better I feel. The exam was thorough, everything well explained and demonstrated and I would highly recommend Benefits to anyone BEFORE they contemplate other more invasive therapies. I really appreciated the time they took to listen and work with me.

I have bone on bone osteoarthritis. I was in terrible pain, my sleep was restless all night. Then I heard about Benefits Regenerative Health & Wellness. From my first appointment I was in great hands with Michelle & Colton. They both are very friendly, caring about YOU and how you are feeling. Benfits Health and Wellness is great. Trigger point injections are a lifesaver in my shoulders when pressure points are acting up. Michelle is great at finding every one!! I also use the Bac on Trac and that is total relaxation. It also helps with discomfort from scoliosis in my lower back. Colton is very knowledgeable and has also given me exercises for daily use. I highly recommend giving them a call and seeing if they can help you!
