There was another review reflecting on how if you are a coordinator and use them for your insurance you'd have to deal with backwards processing (didn't get the fax, that's funny) TERRIBLE Customer Service, and awful logic and processing. Our company regrets working with them and frankly you should not go with them either. Frankly nothing will be processed and one should RUN do not walk from these people. Unprofessional and nothing gets done.
Worst customer service!
Just got this "insurance" through my spouses employer. We were told it was a fully paid for insurance for the whole family...what we were NOT told, was that they're only going to cover 20% of EVERYTHING!! THIS IS NOT INSURANCE, THATS A DISCOUNT PROGRAM!!
Be careful using this company. They are overly driven by compliance and perception of risk, and this results in having priorities other than the customer. I have had more money stolen by using this FSA than I have saved
