BRMS is the administrator of my employers health insurance program. I've had NOTHING but positive experiences with BRMS. Regarding claims, payments, processing and especially customer service - all have been outstanding. Often, many aspects of health insurance can be a difficult to navigate, yet BRMS has provided extraordinary support. (I specifically consider Wendy Carter to be an exceptional customer relations asset to BRMS.)
Terrible customer service. Unfortunately they do not have the skills or knowledge when it comes to processing claims correctly.
BRMS is the worst company ever! They play every game possible to get out of paying legitimate claims including my recent annual physical (preventative) that should be covered 100% (no deductible). If you interview with a company that offers one of these plans that is administered by BRMS, run for the hills! Get a different job that offers a true group health plan. You will thank me later. BRMS is an “administrator” for Anthem Blue Cross. The employer is Clark Pacific.
There was another review reflecting on how if you are a coordinator and use them for your insurance you'd have to deal with backwards processing (didn't get the fax, that's funny) TERRIBLE Customer Service, and awful logic and processing. Our company regrets working with them and frankly you should not go with them either. Frankly nothing will be processed and one should RUN do not walk from these people. Unprofessional and nothing gets done.
