This is by far the most unprofessional and frustrating experience I’ve ever had with a property management company. We have called, emailed, and left multiple voicemails over the last year and often we don’t get responses. No one informed us when the person managing our property changed 3 times. As a tenant, I am very glad to have Yeshua as someone to fall back on when I have a question or issue. He has always been so patient with me and has always answered my questions to perfection. I am not a someone who can handle a lot of highly complicated things because of my age and disability but it's like he's here with me helping me out.
