I submitted a maintenance request to PURE Property Management for a problem we were having with our air conditioner. Our request was handled promptly. The technician, Ted, who was dispatched to perform the repair was polite and professional. Thank you Renz Bernardo for your excellent customer service. Your assistance was very helpful to me.
We rented from pure property Management from 4 years. Their staff were not always easy to deal with. For repairs and the like they would constantly text me asking if the landlord had approved the repair when I did not have the landlord's phone number. My most recent gripe is we no longer rent from them and are constantly receiving emails that our rent is past due and that we owe them a late fee. This is the worse management company ever since move in day I been dealing with things not getting fix and no access to my mail box / pool never met anyone like we agreed it’s so frustrating that I keep getting promise it will get fix but no solution. I will never recommend this company to anyone!!!!
Our air conditioner wasn’t working in the middle of a heatwave, I am thankful to Renz for updating me and helped to resolve the issue. He was very professional and courteous. Thanks again Renz
very unhappy with the way they handled my move out deposit. I made a contract 6yrs ago with property managment only to find out 2 months after i moved out and been waiting for security deposit that they gave my deposit to the landlord and now i have to chase after the landlord!!
