The absolute worst rental company. We were with them 5 years and back when it was trillion it was fantastic, but after pure acquired them it's been a headache. They charge you to pay rent whether it's check, electronic, etc, they make you pay for a resident "benefits" package and the crappy air filters you get do not justify the $40 a month they force you to spend. Competent Property Rental Management. Customer over 5 years. Rental pricing comparison effective - able to rent & renew lease of my property without interruption. Financial reports timely & accurate for tax purposes. Superb maintenance manager Renz Bernardo, he provides before & after picture of maintenance done, communicates promptly updates and status of work being done. Pure Property Management highly recommended.
We rented for one year, made all payments on time. I would say things fell apart when we inquired about a few extra months on a month to month basis due to a work move out of the area. It's like that type of request was never heard of before. Communication was poor and management was disorganized. Document everything very well. They nickel and dime you for everything, they got us for door stops that were in the same condition from move in but we didn't have photos of those. Glad to be done with them.
