Worst customer service ever! DO NOT order from them online. It’s unfortunate, I do love their products, but the customer care is ZERO. I ordered a month ago and am still waiting. Not a single email or message has been answered by a real person. It may be a Scam!

This is a horrible customer service if I can give it a zero I would. I ordered twisters on a Saturday from Bebefits online site. I paid with Apple Pay. It never ask me to put in an address. I thought it was odd the it went to payment first. When the order came through it had all my information correct accept for the shipping an address 20 min away.
