RIDICULOUS! Cancelled my appointment right before my appointment because they took a walk in. I drove 40 minutes to get there and showed up 10 minutes early. One person said it was because they were double booked, other manager said it was because the brow artist ‘didn’t feel comfortable’ doing a simple brow tint…CRAZY! Absolutely ridiculous customer service seeing as though 3 people were sitting around. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I tried out ulta on a whim, I usually get my brows threaded but had such a bad experience and needed a new place. Jayli was an ANGEL! I have never had someone understand how I want my brows done and she took time to listen and did them so PERFECTLY!🥹 I told her she's stuck with me for life. She is so easy to talk to too. I love getting my brows waxed and tinted by Jayli and hope I never have to trust my brows to anyone else💕

Jayli has been my brow lady for the past 4 years! She is so talented at what she does ♥️ I’ve been living in Phx for the majority of my 29 years & have never known anyone who can do brows as good as her! A true gem! Ppl always compliment my brows & it’s all thanks to her!
