McKenzie is amazing at what she does! She listens and assesses the needs of her customers individually. I am extremely sensitive and Mckenzie took extra care to ensure I was comfortable with the process. She did a spot test and was patient and thorough in explaining the products used and using extra precautions to prevent any potential reactions. Needless to say, I am a returning customer.
