My first experience with Ulta benefit brow bar with Queta! She was awesome and I love my brows! Will be back again.
I met Queta today in ultra beauty just looking around she was very kind I didn't know she was the brow lady until later after chatting a bit so I got her to tint my brows and she did an amazing job i definitely recommend going to see her
