Tina was just lovely, so informative, helpful and friendly. She explained everything fully and made sure she was doing what I wanted for my brows (which not everyone does). I will definitely be going back in 8 weeks for my next lamination. The only thing I didn't like is the chairs; they're very high and not that comfortable. Would be better to have chairs that you can adjust for sitting or lying down. Also, for lamination, a handout on aftercare would be useful. Shai was amazing! She acknowledged what I wanted and did exactly that! I got so many compliments on my brows and I feel so confident!!
Did a brow laminate and wax at Benefit Doncaster and was not impressed with the outcome. The wax was not done properly, there were visible missed spots i realised only once I got home. The lamination lasted me only two weeks. They usually last me at least 4 weeks. Quite disappointed with the outcome.
