I feel sad to write this review, because I generally love Ulta. The service at this store is terrible. Count yourself lucky if anyone greets you when you come in. Then when you do find someone to ask questions to, they don't know anything about the product. I've had it happen multiple times where the person will just read what's on the bottle or product I'm asking about. Unfortunately, they don’t staff enough cashiers and the lines are long and slow moving.
I love this Ulta ! It has a huge selection from high end makeup as well as the affordable options! Andrea helps me every time I make it to this store haha she is very knowledgeable on products I was interested in! Her and I clicked instantly , she shared the fragrance she was wearing the first time we met (coral fantasy by Valentino) my new favorite scent! She’s such a girls girl and felt comfortable quickly. There were items scattered all over the floor in the aisles. If the store is being reorganized, merchandise should be placed in carts, not left where customers have to step around it. No one greeted me or offered help while I was shopping, which made the experience feel unwelcoming. Honestly, I wouldn’t return and would give this place one star if it weren’t for Michelle.
