I just want to start by saying I am a frequent Ulta shopper. Today was my first time at this particular location and I will not be back. With grace, I had to decline assistance from associates 6 times during my visit here. The excessive watching and interruption as I shopped made me extremely uncomfortable. I love to shop in peace, I was so uncomfortable I felt threatened.
Brought my daughters to get their ears pierced. Horrible experience!! Piercing gun got stuck on my daughter’s ear and the girl doing the piercing didn’t know what to do or how to get it off. Seemed very inexperienced and needs more training. Will not be going back.
