I made an appt for 11:20 and showed up at 11:10 to find out someone else had the same appointment time as me. But it really didn’t matter because the person that was supposed to do our brows never showed up. Benefit brow was empty.
I made an appointment for July 6 at 2:00pm. No one was there. I asked a Macy's associate where the gal was. They said she was out for 2 months. No one notified me!
Kristina did a fabulous job thank you.
My appointment was done early and done quick with great results.
