I stopped by Ulta last week and sought out Marissa’s advice on some brow products because she is the Benefit Arch Expert at this location - she was super helpful and I loved the products she recommended. I went back today for a brow lamination/shape/tint and Marissa SLAYED my brows. She took her time making sure they were perfect and I really love how my brows look now. I will most definitely come back to her :)
Visited this evening to grab a few things before flying back to England tomorrow (where sadly there are no Ultas) and I didn’t realise it was so near closing time. Despite this the manager(?) was so kind in helping me choose a new foundation. She took her time and was very helpful. We left 15 mins after closing with all of the staff insisting it was no bother. Super accommodating and friendly - thanks so much!
Marissa got my brows looking the best they ever have!! She was so attentive and knowledgeable about brows! Definitely recommend if you wanna up ur brow game!! 😁✨

Last night, around 8:30 pm, I visited Ulta. Ally, the associate, was exceptional. Despite it being almost closing time, she took her time to assist me. She made me feel valued and not judged, providing me with various options. It was a fantastic experience, and I left with the skin tint and primer I needed for my oily skin. Ulta truly needs more people like Ally.
