I have had very good experiences here in the past. I made an eyebrow waxing appointment online yesterday and when I arrived five minutes before my appointment time, there was no one at the counter. After waiting for around ten minutes, a Macy's employee called to see if there was anyone from Benefit in the store and I was informed they would arrive in "maybe 15 minutes." I ended up leaving disappointed.
i’ve been coming here for years and they are usually great. Today i had an appointment at 12:10 with jaelie. i really needed my eyebrows down because of my birthday and i leave to texas in a few days. She never showed up. no one was here at the counter and i waited for 20 minutes until i finally decided to leave.
