I had a very disappointing experience. Before the appointment, I clearly explained that I wanted to keep my brows as full and natural as possible, with only a subtle cleanup and a soft, natural-looking tint. Unfortunately, the result was the complete opposite of what I requested. The brow shape is uneven, the two brows are not symmetrical, and the cleanup was inconsistent.
