Came in to try lamination and try a different brow shape and very happy to have gotten Bassmah as my brow technician. She was personable and explained products (like a brow gel) for me to try for an upcoming event. Definitely felt comfortable and will be back for Bassmah!
All the workers at this Ulta are so NICE! Never had a bad experience. I got my eyebrows done by Kayla and they look so good and snatched. Got my hair done by Autumn and she was so fun to talk to. Definitely recommend!

Kayla H did phenomenal! My waxer just moved to Philly and I needed to find someone to do them pronto. Kayla mapped them out, asked how I felt about it, and NAILED it! 10 outta 10 recommend.
This was my first eyebrow tint and it will now become part of my routine! Kayla was sweet, extremely gentle and took the time to talk through the service with me. Highly recommend!!!
