My experience with Daphne was wonderful! I needed some serious color correction after a botched job at an independent salon. I wanted to go from a strawberry blonde (lightened) with a lot of vibrant pink and purple highlights to a dark chocolate brown. Daphne was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix my color and give me the results I wanted. I have been going to this place for years. I have never had one bad experience with the employees there. They are really hardworking, sweet, and treat customers with care and concern. Big shout out to Allison, she was able to help me find a product that I had forgotten the full name of. Also, the woman at the cashier with the cane was extremely kind, too.
