Emily had a cool vibe. She was friendly and asked me how I would like my brows done. She listened and made helpful suggestions. She made me so comfortable that I opted to have my lips waxed as well. Emily tried to make that service as painless as possible. Emily was very easy to talk with. I was very pleased when she finished.

Emilie is excellent at what she does!
I went to see Isabel: unfortunately, I was late 10 mins but was able to be seen. Isabel was very rude when initially meeting her and I was apologizing for being late. Thankfully no one was waiting or had an appointment so she was able to take me. I expressed multiple times that I want my brows to keep the same full shape and just needed a clean up.
