I couldn’t find the product I was looking for, but the staff here were extremely helpful and attentive. They approached me on their own and asked if I was looking for anything specific today. They really care about their customers and give great recommendations. One of the store associates, with a very friendly smile, gave me her full attention and even checked on her device to locate the product I needed. She told me it’s available at Ulta in Keizer and at Ulta Commercial. Excellent customer service!

So sad. I have a wedding to go to today and I forgot my curling iron. I came to ulta to do a wash and blowout but left with sad curls and greasy hair. The stylist did not know what she was doing. I understand that a lot of stylists work at ulta right out of cosmetology school so I did not have high expectations but this was way worse than I could imagine. I’m so disappointed.

Walked in, looked at a few aisles intently, and not one of the 6 people wearing radios (who were not helping any customers) asked me if I needed any help. I worked at Best Buy & one of the things that was always drilled into us was to interact with every customer, just so they knew they were seen. Frustrating that no one could be bothered to ask me if I needed any assistance. So, I walked out & posted this review.

I came in for a few specific shades of MAC lipstick only to find they were sold out… BUT our girl Bailey came in to the rescue and helped me find some really great alternatives, along with a lipliner that was a good match for my natural lip shade that would do well with both lipsticks! THEN she went above and beyond to help me find my correct shade of concealer, which I originally thought I was a completely different shade… Thanks Bailey!!
