Frances has done my eyebrows three times now and I’ve loved them every time! The first time I called in, she was very patient and showed her expertise by reminding me that I couldn’t wax while using retinol (I had completely forgot!). So she took her time and tweezed my brows to perfection! After that, I was convinced that she is the best!
