5-hour balayage and this is what I got. I'm not pleased the stylist was super distracted with another client while in service with me. I'm unsure how you pay for a service when you get half of the attention. If you have a preferred stylist, make sure to stick to them. I had a hair appointment scheduled for 03/21/25 with Betty for Hair Color and styling. I received a call at 7:17pm on 03/20/25 advising me that Betty was on vacation and would have to reschedule. I made this appointment weeks in advance for an event that I have on the evening on 03/21/25. I find it extremely unprofessional to call a client the night before to cancel an appointment.
