I feel consistently cared for and impressed by the staff at Ulta! The retail team works hard to make each guest feel welcome, even when they aren't sure where to begin. Also, don't sleep on the makeup/salon staff and the Brow Bar! Every Benefit specialist I've worked with has quickly understood my needs and given me top-notch service.

I have never been in this store, not my kind of thing. But I have experienced the traffic disruptions they are causing by driving their advertising billboard around at 15-20mph below the flow of traffic. I got behind this thing on Blair's Ferry today and it was only doing 20mph. Not a single car in front of it. Huge line of traffic caught up behind. There was nearly an accident when someone tried to change lanes to get around this blockage.

Never got any service, every worker in the store was giving out free beauty facials and not paying attention to the actual customers that were standing near locked cases of cologne, how all the perfume cases were not locked... so I left and went to Bath&Body Works in the Mall there in Cedar Rapids & was helped with in minutes of walking in the store...

The staff that rang me up were nice. The place had everything I was looking for but it seemed like a lot of the samples in the ulta brand area were kind of gross looking but everything else was pretty good.
