What a horrible experience. Made appointment for shampoo, cut and style the day before which they quoted $47 for wash, cut and style. The stylist did a great job trimming my hair while its dry so cut is even because I have curly hair I blow straight.It took 15 minutes. She then handed me the bill printed and I took it up front and asked the lady up front why am I paying $47 when I only got a trim....no shampoo, no style. I don’t know what’s wrong with this store. Their attitude is at the customer is in their way, not worthy of their time and must be talked down to.
