Truthfully, I’ll never need products from the store, but as part of my job, I had to shop for some cosmetics. I came into the shop and I was instantly overwhelmed with the size and amount of cosmetics. There were there. I’ve never been in the shop before I found a nice young lady her name is Laine I would’ve spent hours trying to find the products I needed, but she was kind enough to take me and find everything I needed within two or three minutes. This lady really saved the day for me.
Lane was amazing! So kind and helpful.
Disorganized and chaotic are my only reviews that I can say. I eventually got what I needed, but I had to track down an employee to find it. There is little logic when it comes to finding the appropriate product.
***DON'T OPEN AN ULTA CREDIT CARD.*** I was approved for the Ulta MasterCard. I usually do not open store cards but they offered a savings of $40 and I agreed. About 30 days later the statement arrived but was apparently delayed and arrived after the due date. I went online and paid the bill in full immediately. Also messaged their online chat so they were aware of what happened. Fast forward 2 months and I receive a call saying my statement is past due. I said no, it was paid in full.
