Tory did a horrible job. Made my eyebrows thin and uneven. Absolutely upset and she didn’t seem to care while she had agreed she messed them up
Tori was absolutely AMAZING. I've never had my brows done and she explained the process from start to finish. She listened to what I wanted and shared her expert advice with me. I left the store looking like a new woman and an appointment to keep up the beautiful look. I would highly recommend Tori to all my friends. It's not often that you find such kind, helpful, knowledgeable people who clearly love what they do.

Tori and the whole crew at Ulta were absolutely Fabulous! Their customer service, knowledge, and dedication to the customer and store was unmatched to other locations I’ve visited!
