I stood at the brow bar for probably 15 minutes while everyone ignored me. Once I finally got someone’s attention she said “Oh haha she left at 4.” I’m just shocked at how unprofessional and rude these girls are at this Ulta. It’s such a shame.
Tara was awesome! Got my brows done by her. It was my first time ever getting waxed and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that I was comfortable and informed about the entire process; Start to finish. Not only did my brows look great, she was very gentle and professional throughout my appointment. She also recommended a beard care product that WORKS! I definitely recommend Tara for eyebrows.
I have received waxing services for brows, chin and lip from Tara. Not only is she amazing at waxing, her product knowledge is spectacular. Her recommendations have completely turned my brows around. She is extremely professional and friendly. I won’t go anywhere else!
