Update of October 2025. This is the last time I am going to this Ulta. I have given it more chances, but every time I go in, I still get followed around and treated like a suspect. I confronted one of the employees who were following me around and asked if they could please stop coming up to me. If you want a relaxing shopping experience, just go to a different Ulta. Brooke at checkout was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, her customer service was top-notch very friendly, and genuinely helpful.
I was shopping for cologne for my son for his birthday. A very nice salesperson named Jennifer assisted me. She was very professional, knowledgeable about the different products and even recommended a cologne that was on sale that she thought my son would like based on his current cologne preferences. She was right, he loved it. Sorry Macy's, I'll be cologne shopping at Ulta Beauty from now on. Thanks Jennifer!
