Ulta beauty in Plattsburgh is the best Ulta I’ve been to. Hailey used to do hair and now does brows and she is amazing at everything she does. She is kind and very knowledgeable so you know you’re getting the best treatment available. The rest of the staff is always helpful and knows exactly what direction to point you in. It’s hard to leave that store not satisfied!
