Loved the staff but the store manager thinks he can just make up rules as he goes. He also doesn’t honor prices and discounts as he should. I.e if there are literally 30 of one item in the NOP section and they have been there for days, the discount should be honored but he said a customer put them there… (so a customer put 30 lipglosses in the NOP section and you left them there for a week? Okay)
I had a lot of issues with poor sales floor service at this Ulta location. After 3 visits without assistance, one even telling me she'd get to me whenever she could, I walked out - and Ulta lost the sales. I felt like I had to make an appointment with the store manager just to get some assistance. Reluctantly, I went to this location again recently & the service was pleasantly surprising. Morgan pierced my daughters ears tonight and she was so kind and patient! The earrings are perfectly positioned and it was a great experience! By far the best price and great selection of pretty earrings that are included in the $40 fee and comes with cleaning solution.
I've shopped at this store for several years, and one issue is always poor sales floor service. Do I have to make an appointment with the store manager to get service in this store? The last 3 times I've visited, I can't get any assistance on the sales floor. Just last week, I asked a manager for cosmetic assistance, but she said it was "hard to do that right now" & "I'll get to you when I have a minute." This was unusually rude.
