Haley did a wonderful job on my eyebrows. I wasn’t sure at first about having them tinted, as I have never done it before. However, she did a wonderful job mixing the tint to match my hair color without the overall change being too alarming. You can tell I have eyebrows now! If you’re in need of a wax and tint, go see Haley at the Watertown Ulta.
My go to girl Elliah is amazing! She is so pleasant, funny, and does a great job every time. Thank you Elliah!
