As a guy i was a little hesitant to go for a Brow appointment, but Joana was great in welcoming me in and made me feel comfortable and relaxed and was very gentle and made it painless. they look so much cleaner now and i will be coming back for future appointments
This is the first time I did brow wax at Benefits in Sephora at Union Station. Also, the first time that I met Joana C. She is very nice, detail-oriented, meticulous and patient. I really love my new brows. She also helped me to choose the new brow pencil as I just changed my hair color. Highly recommended!
I had my brow tinting appointment with Joana C at the Union Station Sephora location. It was my first time getting my brows tinted and it was a very pleasant and quick experience, which also came with a lesson on how to shape, touch up and set my brows with Benefit products as well. Joana made the whole experience perfect.
I absolutely will not go to anyone else but Joana for my eyebrows at Union Station Benefit Brow Bar. Firstly, she takes her time to listen to what I’d like done. She never rushes me to get to the next client and the conversation always flows nicely as she is such a sweet person. Joana was amazing. Another benefit brow bar gave me some allergic reaction after waxing but not here. She was calm and precise. She even gave me a brow pen sampler for the sparseness in my brows. Thanks so much!
