Sarah did a great job on my brows. There was a bit of miscommunication in the store itself (I wasn’t sure where to go) and the staff didn’t direct me to the right part of the store. By the time I sat down in the chair it was 10 minutes past my appointment time. Despite that, Sarah still took me in her chair and took the time to chat with me and ask exactly what I wanted. She did a wonderful job and I’m looking forward to going back.
