I love my brows! First time experiencing “brow mapping” and I was amazed. Wax was painless and the staff was very friendly! Definitely will return! I would prefer if the “benefit booth” wasn’t in the middle of the store (maybe in a corner). I found there was a lot of people walking by and looking at my brows which could be intimidating for some people who do upper lip or facial waxing. Just a thought on the location!

I enjoy getting my brows done at Sephora. Sarah is knowledgable about the products and provides great service. However, the location of the booth is not ideal. Having customers walk by while I am getting the service done is uncomfortable.
Worst experience. Spoilt the entire shape of my brows and my face.
