Appointment started very late, and the entire service wasn't completed due to said late start. The brow tech seemed inexperienced and unsure throughout the appointment, and wasn't fully prepared (eg: didn't know how to adjust the light, didn't have clean tools ready and had to make trips to the back). She was also easily flustered and forgot things.
Brows turned out beautiful- I am really happy with them.
It's been two weeks since my brow waxing and dye with Pirsinia and still loving the results!
Pirsinia was amazing! She was so kind and funny to talk too, and did a wonderful job with my brows. She took her time and walked me through her whole process! Will definitely book again!
