So, I went to the Benefit brow bar yesterday and could not be happier!!!! This was my first time getting my brows done since getting pregnant over a year ago so I was pretty nervous going in lol. I booked my appointment and arrived seven minutes late because finding parking at Mapleview is impossible. Britnee turned me away, telling me that I was ten minutes late, and when I showed her my phone to clarify the time with her, she still said that she couldn't help me. She said she had another appointment, but I was in that Sephora for 20 minutes afterwards and no one showed up. I was introduced to Brittnee C, the Benefit artist at Sephora, by my daughter, and I can’t say enough about how brilliant she is! She shaped my eyebrows perfectly and with such care. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she’s also one of the kindest people I’ve met, always smiling with the cutest laugh. She’s so patient and professional. I was so impressed that I brought my mother and my niece to her, and she gave them the best eyebrow shaping they’ve ever had. Brittnee is truly amazing—now we’re all her loyal clients!
Would never go to the store again, would never get my brows done here again. The staff has no idea how to treat customers. I brought my granddaughter with me and their attitude has completely turned me off. I am done with Brow Bar. Don’t go here if you are a grown-up.
