Excellent service, but very difficult to book. Website confusing and kept sending me to wrong location. When I telephoned, I was on hold for 16 minutes before I gave up. Not ok.
Kind and thoughtful but no tips on to “how to maintain” or “how to thickened thinning brows” when asked. Would not use again for the cost of it.

Mikaela is amazing. I have light colored eyebrows and had a bad experience prior to starting to see Mikaela. A small area at the front of my brow was removed. After my third visit with her my eyebrow shape has returned better than they were before the mishap. I am so grateful!
I get my eyebrows waxed by Mikaela because I’m always happy with her service. She checks with me throughout her treatment to make sure that I’ll be satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend her for eyebrow waxing! Thanks Mikaela!
