I have no brow game at all. Never learned. Needed help desperately. Have been to high-end places and they just made me feel stupid and tried to give me way too much. I needed basic help. I scheduled an appt at Benefit because the reviews said they were friendly and it looked like they did "normal" brows and not movie star brows. Update #2: Malia does my brows now and all I can say is INCREDIBLE! She has been waxing and coloring my brows for a while and today we did a lamination. My brows are wonderfully straight and so pretty. All the stars. I ❤️ Benefit and their awesome brow experts! Update: Mariah just did my brows and I am wowed! Best place in Dallas for brows. They keep my 100 star review! Kinnje is amazing! She took such great care to make sure my Brows were perfect. Benefit is the best place to get your Brows done. 100 stars!!!!!

Customer service here is horrible. There were 5 people looking at me as though I was lost. The vibe is very unwelcoming and I didn't know you have to stand up while waiting.

Today was my first time coming here and it was nothing short of amazing! I had the pleasure of being serviced by Ms. Maliyah and she was a literal doll. She was sweet and gentle with my brows! 10/10 definitely will be back!!
