Then they take the time to show you how to apply it, letting you practice and helping you perfect new techniques. The only complaints I had--one worker tried to tell me that witch hazel was too harsh for me, then suggested a toner BeneFit sells with that as the main ingredient and some colors they have are too harsh...otherwise they're perfect!
