Please allow for some privacy I understand that the two receptionists are doing intake in multiple patients but my medical issue is not anyone else’s business. So don’t loudly ask me what I’m here for . Perhaps lower your voices cause I don’t need to know what they’re here for. Seriously!! Other than that the providers are great. You will receive good care!
Just felt like I was the problem for trying to come in. Unprofessional Doctor introduced himself by his first name and didn’t take anything I was saying seriously, just felt like I was a joke to him won’t be back.
Every single person I encountered, from the front desk to the nurses, techs, and provider, was amazing to deal with! They were friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.
Amazing service! I accompanied a friend today and every single employee was professional, respectful, helpful and competent! Never have I experienced such amazing care at an urgent care! Your team is exceptional!!
Terrible experience. 31year old male who has a rare degenerative joint problem in my neck that doesnt allow me to turn my head to the right without my left vertebral artery being compressed. Instead of being listened to, I was treated as someone who’s imagining this life threatening symptom as if it’s all psychosomatic
