I had a deeply frustrating and unprofessional experience with Dylan Powell, an NP (not a physician). From the beginning, it was clear he had already decided my concerns were not worth fully evaluating. While I was explaining why I was worried, he was chuckling, which felt dismissive and inappropriate. I also felt my concerns were minimized due to my age. I was absolutely appalled by the professionalism/mannerisms of the doctor I saw this morning, Dr. Dylan (actually NP; not doctor). He was dismissive of my symptoms as soon as he walked in the door. Didn’t listen and didn’t care bc he had already formed his own opinion. He made me feel as if I did something wrong and I left without any resolution to my problem. This is why I despise doctors and our so called “health” care system! I will never step foot back in this clinic again!
