Such a great staff! They are kind, knowledgeable, and upbeat. I do believe the recliner is a problem. It is wonderful to sit in and works well for hooking the patient to a needle, but took three of us to get me out as the mechanism does not work properly. I am surprised that Benefis would leave a potential danger in place. I really recommend replacement.
