Dr Hedy Walker has taken care of my eyes for over 20 years. She is fantastic! I recently had lens replacement surgery with Dr Benefield and I couldn't be happier! His staff is top notch and he did such a wonderful job. I have never (and I do mean never ) been able to see as well as this surgery has provided! The whole process is well thought out and runs perfectly from beginning to end. He even keeps in personal contact with you the evening after the surgery. I highly recommend this whole office.

I have been a long time patient of the Benefield Clinic. The staff and Dr Don have always been friendly, thorough but wait times in the office and getting appointments are ridiculous. Today 5/11 couldn’t get appointment until August 29th. So I have found a new clinic that can take me in two weeks.
I've take my 94 year old mom here for the past number of years. Nice people. No respect for patients time. My mom has never been seen on time. Your lucky if it's only a 30 minute wait. Only an hour wait today. No respect. It's a very disappointing experience. Update: Dr. Benefield called me to apologize, noting that they had unexpected patients come in and he does hs best. I appreciate his call and added a star. My experiences and other reviews indicate that this time issue is not a uncommon event. Forewarned is fore armed.
Staff and Dr very patient friendly.No long waits.Gets you in very quickly, deals with your issues promptly Would highly recommend this doctor for your eye care.Very satisfied with Staff and Dr.Benefield.
