I've take my 94 year old mom here for the past number of years. Nice people. No respect for patients time. My mom has never been seen on time. Your lucky if it's only a 30 minute wait. Only an hour wait today. No respect. It's a very disappointing experience. Update: Dr. Benefield called me to apologize, noting that they had unexpected patients come in and he does his best. I appreciate his call and added a star. My experiences and other reviews indicate that this time issue is not a uncommon event. Forewarned is forearmed.

From the Front Desk to the Surgery Center, everyone went out of their way to make me comfortable (had cataract surgery). I'm actually blown away by the personal touch of a phone call from Dr. Benefield a few hours after my surgery. You might hear praise about other Eye Docs on the radio...buuuut Dr. Benefield let's his work speak for itself...instead of a paid commercial. I can't wait to get my other eye done!!!!! And ALL eye docs have a loooong wait. My eye health is worth the wait. Enjoying my new vision!!!
Dr Hedy Walker has taken care of my eyes for over 20 years. She is fantastic! I recently had lens replacement surgery with Dr Benefield and I couldn't be happier! His staff is top notch and he did such a wonderful job. I have never (and I do mean never ) been able to see as well as this surgery has provided! The whole process is well thought out and runs perfectly from beginning to end. He even keeps in personal contact with you the evening after the surgery. I highly recommend this whole office.
