I have used Benefiel's on more than one occasion. They are always reasonable with their tow rates, treat every customer with respect and do their best to get a truck to you as quickly as possible. I once blew an engine in Tennesse, and they had back home to Southwest Iowa the next afternoon. My business, Botna Express, will be customers of Benefiel's Towing for life. As their old radio add always said, "We don't want an arm and a leg, just all your tows." Always loved the pun.

***NOT a SCAM*** They're Heroes!!! Our family of 5 was in trouble with our truck and camper nearing the end of a VERY long road trip. Our "roadside assistance" plan gave us the runaround and ultimately wanted us to wait 17 hours for the *start* of a window in which they might arrive. We saw a Benefiel repair truck on the opposite side of the highway, working on a Semi. We called the number on the side and the Janice was very professional and efficient.
