I have to say that I just refinance my car loan with this bank and everything is good,we talked over the phone and emails to do all the paperwork and I have the app to make my first payment,everything went great, I was paying a very high interest rate and but now I'm saving A LOT
I have refinance my véhicule online with Beneficial state bank back on June and my first payment is 8/2/2025 but I have been trying to set up auto pay and payment date for two days now i’m not able to speak with any one on the phone, and my payment due date is tomorrow if i don’t get any one today my payment Will be late. I will not recomend this bank to any one please stay away bad services.

I love coming here every one is nice and really helpful with questions you have the only thing that really is bad is the parking since they put the clinic and school here is really hard to find parking and everyone Park how they want the bank should do something about it.
