My experience with her was excellent as she was able to provide me with all the help I needed and answered all the questions I had. This is a fantastic bank that is quick to respond, is eager to work with its customers, and I have had nothing but positive experiences since opening my first account with them last year.
Stay away if you want a company to value their customers, I have a auto loan with Beneficial bank and I was making my payments and I had a terrible accident that left me in a wheelchair and I am struggling to make payments.but I still am and I’m asking the Beneficial bank if there’s any help or options regarding deferment and all they keep is denying me, and I am expressing my hardship with them.
