I fell behind on my payments due to being a sole provider for my family and I’m behind on my SECOND PAYMENT. They repoed my car this morning at 6:00am. They told me that the reason they repoed my vehicle was because I didn’t talk to them on the phone. I am on the phone at work most of the day and I thought all I had to do was make my payments which I was already going to do. I would NOT recommend this bank to anyone. My entire experience with them has been awful. I am constantly getting my account restricted for no reason and I pay everything on time
I am very thankful for today’s call. I spoke with Blanca who was vey helpful and had a great customer service. My experience with her was excellent as she was able to provide me with all the help I needed and answered all the questions I had. She was very patient with me and called me back when the call had dropped.
