Problems with Beneficial State Bank software role out has taken too many days with no access to online banking. It took 4 hours for a call back though the automated system only to have lost the call. Regardless, I called back. Luckily I was able to speak with a representative with no resolve and unfortunately to be put on hold until the system ended my call. If this is the future of digital banking, am loosing trust in this organization.
Our nonprofit banks with Beneficial, and their customer service has been FANTASTIC! It's always incredibly easy to talk to our account manager, even when we have complicated questions or banking needs - and for simple questions or requests, the phone reps are prompt, helpful, and friendly. It's been a great experience working with them so far!
This bank refused to cash a check that I received from a client written on this bank because I don't have an account there. I've never had this issue with any other banks.
The “customer service rep” was RUDE and inconsiderate. I have banked with them for over 15 years and I am treated like a low life for no reason.
