I've had an excellent experience working for this company. Friendly and organized office staff keep business running smoothly. They provide flexible work schedules with many clients/ shifts available.
We used Beneficial for years but they have quite the turnover rate and became very inefficient at customer service. Caregivers often don't show up for a variety of reasons and they are not communicating about the schedule and when asking twice for them to call back without a call, our account lapsed because they will not schedule anyone and now dropped us as a client saying there are no caregivers to provide service which is a lie because I'm in touch with the caregivers personally, and they are not even scheduled full time ... read more
I love my job and all the people I work with!! We have a great team!! This is going to be 2 years at BIHC!!
Worst company to work for. Definitely will never go back to them for anything. They are horrible at communicating with their employees and stop scheduling you and finding other clients after they pull you out of clients which the client didn’t want you to go. Case managers don’t listen same with HR and the rest of the office who you have to deal with. Plus they don’t even call you in to tell you that you are terminated which is total BS. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!
People that work at this company care, work hard, have the clients best interest at heart. I say this as I am speaking about ME because I am proud to work at Beneficial.
I have loved working for this great company! So far in my career of caregiving, they are by far the best company to work for! I received my 5 year pin today and was very surprised by it. I didn't even know they did that, but they value their staff as no other company I have worked for! Great feeling to know you are valued!!!😊😊
Great company to work for, been with them for 12 years. Always accommodating to my schedule and filling up my week when I’m low on hours.
I have worked for BIHC twice, and currently employed with them. They care about their clients & also their employees which is hard to find. They offer paid training, flexibility with scheduling. I highly recommend our company!!
I have enjoyed working 7 years for this company. I would recommend it to anyone interested in this line of work.
