I loved most of the caregivers, but Health Beneficial is a horrible company to work with. They pick and choose who they give more miles to, in spite my situation being ESSENTIAL. The staff will falsely accuse you of stuff you didn't do. One person gave us permission to take Paratransit to an appointment, and, apparently, I was supposed to remember who did when that was like THREE months ago, and it could have been done by someone who was no longer working with them.
