Unprofessional and treat people differently based on what or who they are.
Company lacks leadership and organization especially during new hire training. They seem to need people so bad they skip most of the necessary training needed to actually understand the job and rush through orientation. Also you don't get paid what you are told you are getting hired at, half the job is paperwork and you only get payed at 12 hourly for this portion of the job. The milage reimbursement system is extremely flawed. There is no direct deposit so you have to wait for a physical check and pick it up at the office. ... read more
