Do not use these guys!!! I am trying to warn everyone that they are crooks. I had the transfer case replaced on my Jeep and the very next week I broke down just outside of Tulsa. I was told the part was on warranty for 90 days. I had it towed to a shop and they said the fork inside the transfer case was bad and broke. I called Beneficial Automotive and they said since they hadn't looked at and I didn't have it towed all the way to their shop the warranty was no good. I have been using Beneficial for about two years now and been incredibly impressed by their professional service and honest work ethic. Donnie and Angela (the owners) are very helpful and always have the time to answer my questions and help me make a wise decision on my older vehicles. Donnie even helped me pick out a replacement van for my family when our old one finally got too expensive to repair. His knowledge of cars is amazing!
