I lived here for almost two years and cannot recommend it enough for anyone looking to get the living in the city experience without the living in the city price. The staff and management are extremely friendly, and the community is great. In my time there I have never felt frustration with anyone in the community. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life and I’ve had 8+ years in customer service. The maintenance worker pretends to be property management. I called the front desk to file a complaint and instead of showing sympathy I keep being asked who I was there to visit because they go and give the residents a hard time whenever something occurs. The management company is often busy and but makes time for tenants. Otherwise a great location in the city.
For some reason my reviews were deleted. Pretty good place to live but I found the eviction process traumatizing.
Although I just moved into Beneficent House, and don't have the experience of many years here, I have to say that the management team is excellent. They are friendly and professional, and willing to help in whatever way they can to make the transition welcoming. When I moved in, the apartment was clean and well maintained in all aspects - everything worked!! The people who live here are polite and hospitable, yet not invasive.
