The management company is often busy and but makes time for tenants. I found the eviction process traumatic. Otherwise a great location in the city. They do not always read email. Construction has lasted a long time and often water is shut off to do troubleshooting. Heat is not always reliable during winter. I appreciated living here.
It’s a nice cute cheap space to live. Fun community spaces and events. Almost everything you could need in their free gym area and group work outs with instructors. They have security at the front and in the lots (I think 24-hours but if not, very often) They have weird ish hallways where they should maybe have the lighting different. Looks like a haunted house on some floors.
The management company has a tendency to treat tenants poorly. I found the eviction process traumatic. Otherwise a great location in the city. They do not communicate well and ignore past and current residents.
