Beneficent House, where one could never go wrong! I have lived here already for a year, I have no complaints, I love it here !
What makes Beneficent House stand out is the incredible staff. The administrative staff in the front office are wonderful to work with and care so much about the residents and their well-being. The maintenance staff goes above and beyond to complete work orders in a very timely manner and ensure the work is done to the satisfaction of the resident. They are all courteous, friendly, respectful and trustworthy making residents feel very safe here.
Since i've lived here i cant honestly say nothing really bad about this place. It has its ups and downs but that's anywhere you live, not every place you move into will be perfect. There's going to be any type of issues no matter where you go/move to. The staff and the maintenance team are the most helpful when needed, the building i've lived in before would take months to fix things. Lived here for over 2 years, only good thing was the price (for the location) and the maintenance staff. Management is always rude. The assistant property manager Viviana has entered my apartment without knocking and always has a horrible attitude. Went without water frequently, hot water didn’t work for weeks, no AC for multiple days straight in 80 degree weather. Elevators were frequently broken & this building in 9 stories + there are elderly people here. This place is a hot mess. Only live here if you’re prepared to pay ... read more
