For some reason my reviews were deleted. Pretty good place to live but I found the eviction process traumatizing.
Although I just moved into Beneficent House, and don't have the experience of many years here, I have to say that the management team is excellent. They are friendly and professional, and willing to help in whatever way they can to make the transition welcoming. When I moved in, the apartment was clean and well maintained in all aspects - everything worked!! The people who live here are polite and hospitable, yet not invasive. Beautiful place
Mi experiencia siendo residente de Beneficent House durante los últimos 10 años, ha sido excelente. El servicio que ofrece el personal de oficina tanto como el personal de mantenimiento es muy diligente y servicial. Hasta ahora no tengo quejas, y lo recomiendo al 100%.
The management company is often busy and but makes time for tenants. I found the eviction process traumatic. Otherwise a great location in the city.
