Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life and I’ve had 8+ years in customer service. The maintenance worker pretends to be property management. I called the front desk to file a complaint and instead of showing sympathy I keep being asked who I was there to visit because they go and give the residents a hard time whenever something occurs. The management company is often busy and but makes time for tenants. Otherwise a great location in the city.
For some reason my reviews were deleted. Pretty good place to live but I found the eviction process traumatizing.
Although I just moved into Beneficent House, and don't have the experience of many years here, I have to say that the management team is excellent. They are friendly and professional, and willing to help in whatever way they can to make the transition welcoming. When I moved in, the apartment was clean and well maintained in all aspects - everything worked!! The people who live here are polite and hospitable, yet not invasive.
