Beautiful place
Mi experiencia siendo residente de Beneficent House durante los últimos 10 años, ha sido excelente. El servicio que ofrece el personal de oficina tanto como el personal de mantenimiento es muy diligente y servicial. Hasta ahora no tengo quejas, y lo recomiendo al 100%.
The management company is often busy and but makes time for tenants. I found the eviction process traumatic. Otherwise a great location in the city.
I lived at Beneficent House for one year, and my experience was very positive. The office staff were always very kind and helpful, and the maintenance workers were also friendly and professional. They truly made my stay pleasant, comfortable, and enjoyable. It was a nice and beautiful place to live. Sadly, I had to move out, but I would be happy to live here again someday. Thank you to everyone who made my time at Beneficent House a good one.

Construction has lasted a long time and often water is shut off to do troubleshooting. Heat is not always reliable during winter. I appreciated living here.
