If I could give a 0, I would Stay away from Gerald Serlin. He will take your money and rob you. I had a non-appealable appeal in which he told me he needs $25.000 but it wouldn't be near that amount. Of course the Supreme Court rejected the appeal since it was not worthy or could be appealed. Gerald Serlin then gave me a bill for an addition about for $50,000 more totally $75,000.
