We've used Benedict's for two significant plumbing jobs now and they are consistent, responsive, and fairly-priced. We're glad we found them and they'll be our first phone call for future needs.
If there was an option to leave no stars, I would. I hired Benedicts to reroute a sump pump line and they ran the line into my over flow drain. This has caused serious flooding in my basement. I called for 2 weeks in a row and left multiple voicemails. No one ever returned my call. Poor poor poor customer service and shotty work!
Excellent customer service and more importantly, Excellent service. When looking for a Contracter to do a Full Reno or even a small plumbing issue, look no further then Benedict’s Contracting. I recommend them to everyone and they are Veteran Owned!
